I have Fibromyalgia and severe IBS. I've been taking your super seed for about three months now. I need help and pain relief. Recommendations please????

The are a number of issues.

1) IBS: This is a serve enzyme deficiency. Food is decaying, in your intestine, due to lack of acid & digestive enzymes, in your stomach due to dehydration. Also, your pancreas is not squirting in enzymes and sodium bicarbonate.

You are deficient in fat, carb. and protein digesting enzymes. Also, IBS is the reason for "dehydration" and lack of stomach acid & digestive juices and pancreatic digestive juices and sodium bicarbonate. Without enough water and salt your body can't make your digestive juices.

Check a Dr. Richard Schultz, he is an herbalist who treated terminal disease. Herbdoc.com
I would juice for nutrition and enzymes and water.

Take a saliva test. I would assume your saliva is acid. It should be 7.0-7.4. Alkalize for health.net
You could be eating foods you have allergies for creating inflammation. Avoid: wheat, corn, soy, dairy,

- use digestive enzymes when you eat, and systematic enzymes when you have an empty stomach.
-make fresh vegetable and fruit with a juicer
-Take some intestinal detox powder ( must have bentonite clay, activated charcoal, and herbs for soothing you intestine)
-Try sodium bicarbonate in AM and PM. An alkaline intestines, does not ROT food.

Fibromyalgia: I would guess you have a low body temperature?

A person who has a low body temperature allows cells to build cellular waste. Most cellular waste is acid and that is what creates inflammation. Your pain is from inflammation. Inflammation, low tissue oxygen and pinched nerve is all the sources of pain. Check temperature first thing in the morning 5 days in a row, if temp. is under 97.2F, you have a thyroid problem. My guess is due to lack of nutrients & water!

You are dehydrated, your body has hormone imbalances due to burning up tyrosine and tryptophan, these amino acids are sleep and happy hormones (tryptophan) and low metabolism or thyroid hormone (tyrosine). Iodine, selenium and tyrosine help make thyroid hormones

The watercure.com and the watercure2.org: Fibromyalgia is curable, but not with IBS!

Thank you for the information. I just bought a thermometer and will start checking first thing tomorrow. Thanks for the input. Will keep you posted on progress. I have checked my ph level several times and it always show an alkaline level... possibly because of all the medications I'm taking.

Alkaline is good, but there is such a thing, as too alkaline. A saliva pH of 8.0 kills cancer cells but 8.5 kills healthy cells. I hope you are 7.4 or so.

What progression did you have these problems. Fibromyalgia, then IBS? At what age, did all this start. As you age your enzymes decrease. You were fine at what age, that is when your enzymes worked good?

I am suspicious of fibromyalgia, with alkaline saliva. My fibro friends always were acid saliva & low body temperature? What are the alkaline drugs? Most are acid.

I found a thing called mycotoxins. This could be ALL your problem. Fungus on grains are highly toxic and ground into the foods we eat. If you are dehydrated the toxins are not diluted! Get an instant ocean hydrometer from PETCO! $12.95. Collect your urine and if your urine is NEVER 1.010 specific gravity, you are unintentionally chronically dehydrated. Stop eating all grains for a while and see if you do better?

You may try coconut milk, flour and oil. Glutin free foods.

Thanks again... will go to Petco today... also just bought the book on Gluten free eating... Started about age 50 (15 years ago),,, but then no one called it Fibro. Progressively getting worse since then. Thank You for responding!!! Diane

To support healthy digestion, immune system function and healthy inflammatory response, I recommend the following:

**Read and follow The Great Physician's Rx for Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia (available at Amazon.com) Take the following supplement formulas (available at VitaminShoppe.com):

**Primal Defense Ultra daily on an empty stomach **Omega-Zyme Ultra daily with meals **Wobenzym N daily on an empty stomach

**Oceans3 Healthy Hormones daily with meals

Hello

This is the first time discussing my attempts for relief from fibromyalgia. Have had it for more than 20 years, taking no more than ibuprofen all that time. Almost a year ago I read about help from malic acid and magnesium citrate. I started with 600 mgs of the malic acid and 200 mgs of the magnesium citrate. I didn't have any results for 3 months. Then I started to get some relief. Any relief is better than none so I stayed with it. After another few months I read the bottle again and learned I could take that dose twice a day. I started that around November 2009. The last six weeks I've had great improvement. THE MALIC ACID WORKS!  At least for me. What I really want to say here is don't give up. Fibromyalgia is very painful and can destroy quality of life. It is worth the time it took to get good results. Also, while I  worry about side effects, I have none as yet and see nothing in the research literature noting bad effects. Good luck to you.   Elly
